How we collect, use and protect your data. The short version: it's yours, we don't sell it, and we never train our models on it.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, company, and workspace content. We collect usage telemetry to improve the product. We never collect your customer data for our own use.
How we use it
To provide the service, to bill you, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace data to train shared AI models.
Sub-processors
We use AWS, Stripe, Razorpay, Segment, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google for specific services. The full list is at amdital.com/legal/subprocessors. Enterprise customers can opt out of any sub-processor.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time, delete it at any time, and ask us about what we hold about you. We respond within 7 days. Under GDPR, your data subject rights are fully honoured — even if you're outside the EU.
Security
We're SOC 2 Type II audited, ISO 27001 certified, and HIPAA-ready for healthcare customers. Read more on our Trust Center.
