Acceptable use
Don't use AmDital to do illegal things. Don't reverse-engineer the product. Don't bypass rate limits. The full list is short and obvious — read it once, then forget about it.
Payments
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are pro-rated to the day for downgrades. 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
Ownership
You own your data. We own the software. Your workspace data is yours forever — even if you cancel, we keep a 90-day backup unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Liability
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Standard SaaS terms. Enterprise customers get bespoke MSAs with negotiated terms.
Disputes
Indian customers: subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction. International customers: subject to Delaware (US) jurisdiction. We mediate before we litigate.
